Where do you hold your virtual session?
It holds on Zoom, but if there is a major reason you cannot use Zoom then we can use WhatsApp.
What if I want to have more than one session?
You can pay for the number of sessions you want or choose a package from the choices available.
Do you use assessments?
Yes, assessments are used for premarital counseling and marital counseling. We also use assessments for emotional therapy sessions. Assessments depends on the nature of the issue you need to resolve.
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes you will get a confidential contract during your onboarding session after payment.
How do you decide the time and date schedule?
After payment, you will get an onboarding email that contains a calendar, you can either choose from the available dates or we can agree outside the calendar.
What if I need to reschedule due to an emergency?
You can send an email ahead of time about it so that we can reschedule. Kindly note that after 30 days, your session package can be canceled if you don't book your session on time.
