Confidentiality Policy

We are committed to ensuring your privacy and creating a secure, serene, and confidential environment for all our sessions. This policy explains how we manage your information and sessions, allowing you to feel safe and supported during your journey with us.

1. Confidentiality Standards

•All information shared during counseling sessions is strictly confidential.
•We will not disclose any details of your sessions without your explicit consent, except when required by ethical or legal standards.
•Your records and information are accessible only to your assigned counselor and, when necessary, authorized personnel for purposes such as report writing.

2. Use of Client Information

•Your information will be safeguarded and utilized solely for counseling purposes.
•Occasionally, insights from sessions may be used to create anonymous content for awareness and guidance. In such cases:
•No identifiable details will be shared.
•Stories will be altered to ensure anonymity.
•Testimonials will only be shared with your prior written consent and may be shared anonymously or with attribution based on your preference.

3. Situations Requiring Disclosure

While confidentiality is a top priority, there are specific situations where disclosure may be required:
•Court Orders: If compelled by a court order to release your information.
•Safety Concerns: If there is evidence of harm, such as suicidal ideation, severe depression, or medical emergencies, information may be shared with relevant medical or mental health professionals.
•Domestic Abuse: In cases of severe domestic violence or abuse, we may report to authorities when necessary for safety and legal compliance.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and session management.

1. Rescheduling, Refunds and Cancellation Notices

•If you are unable to attend a session, kindly provide notice at least 24 hours in advance.
•Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being marked as missed, and 50% payment will be required for a new session.
If you are having a couple session, we recommend that you seek the approval and confirmation of your partner before booking the session as there will be no refunds if your partner does not accept to join, otherwise, you can have it as an individual session. If you seek to wait for your partner to be ready, do note that, this can only happen within a 60 days period.
After paying for a session, your usage of the session should be done within 90 days. The session will be treated as cancelled if you do not respond after due follow ups and communication.
If you miss your session or change your mind entirely, kindly note that we do not make refunds after payment, take your time to confirm your decision before payment is made.
In case of emergencies, please inform us as soon as possible, even if it is 30 minutes before your session.
•Timely communication helps us reschedule appropriately.

2. Session Reminders

•We will send session reminders via email and may follow up via WhatsApp when necessary.
•However, it is your responsibility to track your appointment by adding it to your calendar and setting reminders.

3. Late Arrival

•Sessions will proceed as scheduled. If you arrive late, your session time will still end at the originally scheduled time.
•For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late for a 1-hour session, the remaining session will last 50 minutes.

4. Session Rescheduling

•If you need to reschedule:
•You may select a new date on the calendar.
•If the counselor initiates the rescheduling, they will offer a suitable alternative date.

5. Session Conduct

•Clients are expected to maintain civility and respect during sessions, especially for couples.
•Listening and understanding are essential for productive sessions. Disruptive behavior, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct is not permitted.
•Boundaries are maintained to ensure a professional atmosphere.
